Genuine Toyota Denso engine control unit (ECU/ECM), part #89661-02021. This is the factory engine computer that manages fuel injection, ignition timing, and engine management for the 4A-GE 1.6L twin-cam, automatic-transmission application — note the factory "ENGINE CONTROL — TOYOTA — DENSO" label and the 4A-G A/T marking.

Original Toyota / Denso unit, not an aftermarket or refurbished substitute. It mounts in the cabin behind the dash/kick panel area (see factory diagram, position 89661). A failing ECU can cause no-start conditions, poor running, erratic idle, or check-engine codes, so a correct OEM unit is the right fix when sensors and wiring check out.
